OfferWise UK provides tools to compare job offers, calculators, free Learn guides, the OfferWise Academy (lessons, assessments and certificates) and AI-written letter templates.
Comparing offers, the calculators, the Learn guides and the Academy lesson titles are free. The full Academy and the letter templates need a paid pass, explained below.
OfferWise is an information and education tool only. Nothing on this site constitutes regulated financial advice under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Always seek independent financial advice before making major financial decisions.
An OfferWise Academy certificate shows that you completed our course and passed its assessment. It is not a professional qualification.
We offer two passes. Both are one-off payments taken by our payment provider, Stripe. Neither pass renews, and we will never charge you again automatically.
Templates pass — £4.99: all 14 AI-written letter templates for 3 months.
Academy pass — £9.99: every Academy lesson, assessment and certificate, plus all 14 letter templates, for 3 months.
The price you pay is the one shown on the payment page before you pay.
Your pass starts as soon as your payment is confirmed and ends 3 months later. We email you a confirmation with the start and end dates.
If you buy the Academy pass again while your Academy pass is still running, the extra 3 months are added on to the end of your current pass. If you buy the Templates pass again, a new 3 months starts from the day you buy it.
When a pass ends, the paid features lock again. Your account, saved offers, lesson progress and any certificates you have earned stay. Certificates remain valid and can still be checked on our verification page.
When you buy something online you normally have 14 days to cancel and get your money back. For digital content such as our passes, that right ends once your access starts, as long as you agreed to this before paying.
Before you pay, the payment page asks you to tick a box to confirm that you want your access to start straight away and that you understand you lose the 14-day right to cancel once it starts. You cannot complete the payment without ticking it. Your access then starts as soon as your payment goes through, and the email we send you confirms what you agreed to.
If we did not ask for your agreement, or did not confirm it to you, you can still cancel within 14 days of buying and get a full refund. To cancel, email hello@offerwise.uk.
By law, digital content you pay for must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your pass does not work as it should — for example, a paid feature will not open — tell us and we will put it right. If we cannot put it right within a reasonable time, or without causing you significant inconvenience, we will give you a full or partial refund.
To report a problem, email hello@offerwise.uk with the email address you used to buy the pass.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Letter templates are written by AI from the details you enter. They are a starting point, not legal advice. Read every template carefully, check the details and fill in anything in [square brackets] before you send it. You may use the letters you create for your own purposes.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must not use OfferWise for any unlawful purpose. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, or share your account or paid pass with other people.
All content, design, code, and branding of OfferWise UK is the intellectual property of OfferWise Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the service, including Academy lessons and assessments, without our written permission.
We work to keep OfferWise UK available and its information accurate, but we cannot promise the service will always be available or free from errors. OfferWise UK helps you understand job offers and money; decisions you make using it are your own, and we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on general information on the site instead of taking professional advice.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will tell registered users about significant changes by email. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply from then. A pass you have already bought keeps the terms that applied when you bought it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
