Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using OfferWise UK, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of service

OfferWise UK provides tools to compare job offers, access financial education, and generate letter templates. The service is provided by OfferWise Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

Not financial advice

OfferWise is an information and education tool only. Nothing on this site constitutes regulated financial advice under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Always seek independent financial advice before making major financial decisions.

Premium templates

The £4.99 premium template purchase grants you unlimited use of AI-generated letter templates for 3 months from the date of purchase. It is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription — you will not be charged automatically. After 3 months, access expires and may be renewed by purchasing again. Payments are non-refundable once the templates have been accessed.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must not use OfferWise for any unlawful purpose. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.

Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and branding of OfferWise UK is the intellectual property of OfferWise Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

OfferWise UK is provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on information provided.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
